- Profile information you choose to provide: company name, trade, pay rate, availability, photo, description, and optional driver's license image (stored privately).
- Job and messaging activity you generate on the Platform.
- Basic technical information such as device, browser, and pages visited, to operate and improve the Platform.
How we use information
- To create and operate your account and profile.
- To connect workers and hiring businesses and facilitate messaging between them.
- To process payments through our payment processor.
- To send essential service emails (account, security, transactions, support replies).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and unsafe activity on the Platform.
What we share
Profile fields you make visible (name, city, trade, rate, availability, reviews) are shown to other signed-in users on the Platform. Sensitive items such as a driver's license image are stored privately and are not shown publicly. We share data with service providers that help us operate the Platform (hosting, database, email, payments) under appropriate confidentiality terms. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can update or delete profile fields from your account at any time. To request account deletion or a copy of your data, contact us using the email below.
Children
The Platform is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
