What Hive Workforce is

Hive Workforce is a labor marketplace that connects independent workers with hiring businesses. Hive Workforce is not the employer of workers listed on the Platform and is not a party to any work agreement between a worker and a hiring business.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Worker and business responsibilities

• Hiring businesses are responsible for job-site supervision, safety, workmanship, code compliance, payment, and any required licensing and insurance.
• Workers are responsible for accurately representing their skills, availability, and rates, and for performing work agreed with the hiring business.
• Hive Workforce does not supervise, direct, or control work performed on job sites and does not guarantee project outcomes.

Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Service fees, subscription fees, and any platform markup are disclosed at the point of purchase. Refunds are handled case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform — no harassment, fraud, fake profiles, spam, or activity that violates law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Hive Workforce does not guarantee work quality, worker availability, payment by businesses, or any specific outcome. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Hive Workforce's liability is limited to fees paid to Hive Workforce in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
